Career Exploration

Not sure what path is right for you? You don’t have to figure it out on your own. Our career exploration tools and resources help you learn more about who you are—your interests, strengths, and values—so you can find options that feel like the right fit. Making career decisions is a process, and this is a great place to start, get inspired, and keep learning as you go. Career Services is here to walk alongside you as you explore what’s next.

Interested in starting with a career assessment? We’ve got some great tools below to get you started. Taking a career assessment is a great first step - but understanding what your results mean and how to apply them to real decisions is where the real value comes in.

A quick chat with a career counselor can help you choose the best assessment for your goals, make sense of your results, and even connect you with additional tools and support you might not find on your own. It's all about making sure you get the most out of the process!

Here’s what a career counselor can help with:

  • Interpret your assessment results
  • Connect you to majors, internships, and career options
  • Talk through what feels exciting (or not!) about your results
  • Create an action plan to move forward with confidence

Schedule an appointment with Career Services —we’re here to help you figure things out, one step at a time.
