For Faculty & Staff

Career Services + Faculty & Staff = Career-Ready Students

At Pitt-Bradford, preparing students for life after graduation is a shared effort. Career Services is here to partner with faculty and staff to help students build the skills, confidence, and experiences they need to thrive in their next chapter.

Our work is grounded in the NACE Career Readiness Competencies—a national framework that defines the key skills employers seek in new college graduates, including communication, teamwork, critical thinking, professionalism, leadership, and other essential skills.

How We Can Support You:

  • Class & Group Presentations
Workshops tailored to your course or student group on topics like résumé building, career exploration, interviewing, LinkedIn, and career readiness.
  • Career Readiness Integration -
Collaborate with us to embed NACE competencies into your curriculum, research opportunities, or student employment roles.
  • Internship & Job Connections -
We connect students with employers and community partners for career-related experiences. Let’s work together to promote field-specific opportunities.
  • Custom Career Support -
Have a course, project, or initiative that could benefit from career-focused guidance? We’ll co-create programming that meets your goals and students’ needs.
  • Career Tools & Resources -
Access and share guides, digital tools, and job/internship platforms that support students’ career development.
