Nursing RN-BSN Online
Our RN to BSN program is moving completely online in Fall 2025 to make it convenient for working nurses to earn a bachelor's degree.

Why study nursing at Pitt-Bradford?
In Pitt-Bradford's nursing program, you'll take a unique path to becoming a registered nurse (RN). You'll start by taking general education courses for the first year to adjust to college life. You're enrolled in a nursing program in the second and third years. After completing this program, you can take the NCLEX-RN exam to become a licensed RN. In your senior year, you'll finish your bachelor's degree in nursing, which will be completely online in Fall 2025 to make it easier for working nurses to complete their BSN. This program is suitable if you want to start working as an RN early or need to gain clinical experience.
What will I learn?
You'll take a variety of courses. You'll also have many opportunities for hands-on experiences at various locations, including hospitals and doctors' offices and community health settings.
What can I do with a degree in nursing?
Once you earn your nursing degree, you'll be ready to take the national exam to become a licensed registered nurse. With your RN license, you will be prepared for one of the many exciting jobs in the nursing profession. You can work in a hospital or any healthcare setting. Many nurses continue their education by earning advanced practice degrees such as Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Anesthetist, Certified Nurse Educator, or Doctor of Nursing Practice.
Some nursing employers include hospitals, physician offices, home health care agencies, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, and traveling nurse organizations.
