Throughout the program, you’ll receive preparation for the NCLEX-RN, including test plans, practice exams, and NCLEX-style questions throughout the curriculum, so you’re ready to take the exam. Most graduates do well on the NCLEX-RN and often get job offers before finishing the program. After becoming licensed RNs, you can easily continue to the BSN degree.
What will I learn?
You’ll learn the skills you’ll need to competently and compassionately care for people of all ages. Each of your courses will have a clinical component in acute care and in the community so you gain the skills to be confident and successful in a basic clinical setting.
What can I do with a degree in nursing?
Once you earn your nursing degree, you'll be ready to take the national exam to become a licensed registered nurse. With your RN license you will be ready for one of the many exciting jobs in the nursing profession. You can work in a hospital or any health care setting. Many nurses continue their education earning advanced practice degrees such as certified registered nurse practitioner, certified nurse anesthetist, certified nurse educator, or doctor of nursing practice.
