Our RN-BSN program is completely online to make it convenient for working nurses to earn a bachelor's degree.
Earn your BSN from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford — online and built around your work schedule. Our RN-BSN degree-completion program lets licensed RNs finish a bachelor’s degree in nursing through 100% asynchronous online coursework, with practicum experiences completed in your community.

Online doesn’t mean hands-off. You’ll complete practicum experiences—practicum hours in healthcare settings—and you do not need to come to campus for them.
Placements happen near you—in hospitals, physician offices, and community and public health settings in your area. We help coordinate them with you.


A University of Pittsburgh bachelor’s degree requires a minimum of 120 credits.
As few as two semesters
You can finish the nursing coursework once your prerequisites are complete and you attend full-time.
The RN-BSN curriculum includes 26 credits of upper-level nursing coursework. You can complete full-time study in as few as two 15-week semesters after completing all prerequisite general education courses. Both part-time and full-time options are available.
