Pitt-Bradford to hold open house Jan. 25

The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford will hold an admissions open house on Jan. 25.

BRADFORD, Pa – The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford will hold an admissions open house on Jan. 25.

At the open house, those considering studying at Pitt-Bradford will be given tours and can meet faculty and athletics staff members. The open house will also provide an informational program that will cover student life, admission, and financial aid procedures for those considering an education at Pitt-Bradford.

Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. in the KOA Dining Hall, where attendees can enjoy a complimentary brunch. The formal event begins with a campus forum at 12:15 p.m., when attendees can speak with faculty in the Frame-Westerberg Commons.

Representatives from the Housing Office and Seneca Battalion Army ROTC will be in the Commons as well to answer questions.

Following the academic fair, presentations will cover academics, financial aid and admissions information and guidelines.

The faculty speaker will be Zachary Stark, the instructor of exercise science. Following his talk, attendees will break out into sessions for various student interest groups.

Those who are unable to attend this open house can attend a First Friday program Feb. 7. First Friday begins at 10 a.m. and finish with a complimentary lunch.
