Short Bio

Jarrad Terrell Childs is an educator, coach, and marketing professional with a strong background in business, leadership, and student development. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Oregon University and currently serves as a Professor at Alfred State College, where he is dedicated to preparing students for success through engaging instruction and mentorship. In addition to his academic responsibilities, he serves as an Assistant Coach at Olean High School, helping student-athletes develop leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills. Childs also brings more than 11 years of experience as Director of Marketing for Four Mile Brewing in Olean, New York, where he has led strategic marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts. His diverse experience in higher education, athletics, and business reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and service in his role at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
