National Society of Leadership and Success

NSLS is the largest and only accredited leadership honor society in the nation, with more than 800 chapters — including one at Pitt-Bradford, which has inducted more than 1,600 members since 2004 — and 2 million members.
With a flexible online curriculum, NSLS benefits all students, especially those who are balancing full course loads with families and full-time jobs. Throughout the program, students hone valuable, in-demand skill sets that hiring managers specifically look for, including leadership, relationship-building, goal-setting and effective communication.
The self-paced Foundations of Leadership program takes 10 hours or less to complete, and includes talks from high-profile leaders, including former Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush, Bernice King, Mark Cuban and many others.
Beyond the leadership training, NSLS members become part of a community of fellow leaders across the nation, where they’ll network and make lifelong connections. On top of the skills they learn and connections they make, NSLS membership provides access to over $400,000 in scholarship opportunities each year, along with many partner discounts. Once students complete the program, they become inducted members and gain access to even more benefits, including personalized letters of recommendation, an exclusive NSLS job board, additional scholarships and opportunities for advanced leadership education.

Eligibility:

• Undergraduate students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 will be invited to participate.
• A lifetime membership fee is required to join.
