Description:

Make a splash with this fun water-aerobic exercise class. You will be led by Christina Graham-Hansen through a variety of low- to mid-intensity workouts that will incorporate flexibility, toning and cardio. Both shallow and deep water will be used to vary the intensity of the workouts. You don’t need swimming skills to participate. Bring suit and towel. $49
