    Residence Life & Housing Goals

    1. Contribute to residential academic environment by achieving higher retention rates
    2. Increase efficiency & effectiveness of the Res Life Office operations through cross-training of essential operations and streamlining processes
    3. Upgrade our on-line registration process to include the self-assigning function
    4. Implement a new Community Building programming model to meet student needs, prevent high-risk behavior & to increase program attendance
    5. Improve housing amenities (painting, lighting, furniture, bulletin boards, murals, etc.
    6. Continue to develop and support the full-time Housing & Residence Life staff
