Summer Housing

  • You can receive free summer housing this summer! 

    Pitt-Bradford sophomores, juniors or seniors are eligible. (Sorry, entering freshmen and new transfer students are not eligible. But you will be next year.)

    Details of our summer housing include:

    • This offer does not apply to entering freshmen or new transfer students.
    • You are required to enroll in a minimum of 3 credits, whether in class, online or internship.
    • Internships lasting beyond August 1st must find other housing accommodation after that date.
    • Applies only to the time when your session is in progress.
    • You are not allowed to move in early or stay after your session.
    • You must move out of your apartment within 24 hours of your last day of classes.
    • The University does not store belongings between terms.
    • If you fall below 3 credits or fail a course you will be billed the full room amount.

    This offer applies to any of the summer sessions, ranging from four to twelve weeks, beginning in May and ending in Aug. The weekly housing fee of $125 a week will be waived for the session that you are registered for and cannot be applied to other semesters.

    Housing on our campus is all apartment-style, and suites include kitchenettes, living rooms, wiring for cable TV and ample storage space.
