Academic Advising Assistant

Will assist in providing customer service to students, parents, faculty, and staff.  Will complete some clerical duties such as filing, scanning, updating publications and materials, assisting the Administrative Assistant and other duties as assigned by the Director of the Academic Advising Center. 

Academic Affairs Office Assistant

Copying, hand-deliveries, answering phones, filing, typing, mailings, and special projects as needed.

Academic Affairs: Technology Integration Assistant

Will assist with scanning, filing, file conversion, uploading of material necessary for conversion of classes from traditional delivery methods to online. Assist faculty with setup and maintenance of online courses.

Academic Coaching & Tutoring Center Tutor

Provide tutoring for students.  Hours range from 2-10.  Must be sophomore staus, grade point average at least 3.0.  Must provide written recommendation by a professor in subject student wishes to tutor.  Apply at ASC.

Academic Coaching & Tutoring Center/DRS Office Assistant

Main Duties: receive & forward telephone or counter inquiries to appropriate person, provide general info to clients, arrange schedules and appts.,photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing, send and receive messages using fax machine, type and design correspondence and informational flyers on computer.

Admissions Workstudy

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, filing, processing admission's mailings, data entry, and giving tours to prospective students.  A pleasant personality, public speaking, and phone skills are a must.

Alumni Relations Assistant

The Alumni Relations Assistant will assist with various clerical duties and computer work.

Arts Programming Theater and Gallery Administrative Assistant

Light typing, filing, and general office duties. Student will also be assigned as needed to do light support activities in the art gallery related to exhibit preparation and event management and activities in the Bromeley Theater.

Athletics Building Manager

This position requires people who are reliable, responsible, and punctual.  Must be at least a sophomore.  The building manager is responsible for the overall operation of the sports center during specified hours. 

Athletics Contest Management

The Contest Management Supervisor will be reponsible for the overall supervision of home intercollegiate events. Supervisor prepares the field or court for home events and set up all necessary equipment for the start of a home event.

Athletics Lifeguard

Must be Red Cross Lifeguard trained and preferably ECC 2000; other required certifications include: CPR for Professional Rescuer, Oxygen Administration and AED certified. If not current on certification, refresher course will be offered PRIOR to the beginning of school.

Athletics Recreation Assistant

Responsibilities include: assist in the development of a comprehensive intramural/recreation program designed to meet the needs of Pitt-Bradford's diverse student population; assist in the planning, promotion, and implementation of activities sponsored by the department; provide supervision for assigned activities; officiate intramural contests when necessary.

Athletics Statistical Crew

Computer knowledge preferred in "Stat Crew" or a willingness to learn this program.  As part of the statistical crew for the Dept. of Athletics you must have a broad knowledge of sports and a basic overview of how to document and keep precise, accurate data during events.

Chemistry Department Faculty Aide

Clerical Assistant for Division of Communitcation and the Arts

The clerical assistant is responsible for delivering division mail, photocopying, posting materials around campus, maintaining the upkeep of the television studio, and assisting the Division of Communication and the Arts faculty. The clerical assistant will also assist with scheduling, photocopying and minor website management, and other assigned projects.

Communications and Marketing Assistant

Education - America Reads Tutors

Reading tutors will work grade school age children in the grade schools reading and writing to and with them. They will be responsible for keeping track of each tutoring session with each child, filling out required paperwork, and keeping in contact with the child's teacher and the America Reads supervisor. Applicants will need to provide 3 letters of recommendation and have a 2.5 QPA or higher.
