Professor Wuersig retired from SUNY-Alfred in 1998 as a full professor. From 1998 to 2000, he and other experts, set up programs in Information Technology, Math, and Science at a brand new university for women in Dubai, United Arab Emerates. He also spent a year (1995-1996) setting up programs in Electrical Engineering at University Technology Malaysia at Batu Pahat, Malaysia.
The courses he teaches at Pitt-Bradford are mostly related to Electrical and Computer Engineering: Introduction to Engineering Analysis, Linear Circuits and Systems I and II, Digital Logic, Computer Organization, Engineering Computing, Analysis and Design of Electronic Circuits, Electronic Measurement and Circuits Lab, and Engineering Seminar.
Research, Accomplishments, and Publications:
At this time in his life, Professor Wuersig's research interest is in Engineering Education. He has presented numerous papers on this subject at international conferences in Rio DeJaneiro, Sao Paulo, and Santos, Brazil; Berlin, Germany; Gliwice, Poland; San Juan, Puerto Rico, and at conference locations in the United States.
