Academic Focus:
Dr. Dombek began her career in higher education at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford in the fall of 2004. She was named Director of Teacher Education in the spring of 2008. Dr. Dombek teaches several courses including Education Psychology and Measurement, Elementary Education Capstone, and the Student Teaching Seminar. Occasionally she is able to supervise student teachers - an opportunity she greatly enjoys.
Short Bio:
Before coming to Pitt-Bradford, Dr. Dombek held various teaching and administrative positions in her home state of West Virginia including elementary school principal, central office administrator, dean of students, and classroom teacher in both the elementary and middle school settings.
