These housing options are our newest additions to the Pitt-Bradford campus, testament to the growing popularity of living on campus.
Reed-Coit House:
This three-story building provides housing for 103 students. The building has 20 four-person suites, 3 five-person suites and 4 two-person suites. Each suite has a living room and kitchen area, complete with air conditioning, a refrigerator and a microwave.
Sarah B. Dorn House:
This three-story building provides housing for 98 students is our newest house. The building has 20 four-person suites, 2 five-person suites and 4 two-person suites. Each suite has a living room and kitchen area, complete with air conditioning, a refrigerator and a microwave.
Howard L. Fesenmyer House:
This three-story building provides housing for 144 students. The building has 21 four-person suites, 10 five-person suites and 5 two-person suites. Each suite has a living room and kitchen area, complete with air conditioning, a refrigerator and a microwave.

Apartment Specifics:
Living Room - carpet, curtains, two-cushioned couch, two cushioned lounge chairs, and a block end table.
Kitchenette - linoleum floor, under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, stainless steel sink, ample cupboard and counter space, and built-in table with four chairs.
Bathrooms (one per bedroom) - linoleum floor, shower with curtain, toilet, sink, mirror and storage space.
Bedrooms - carpet, curtains, two oak twin beds (36x80 mattresses), two oak desks with shelving unit, two oak desk chairs, two wardrobes with towel bar and two drawers.
Closets - large storage closet next to entrance door to apartment.
