Dr. Rhinehart is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She has served as the Director of Counseling Services at Pitt-Bradford since 2000, and taught psychology courses on campus for several years. She also works part time at Family Medicine of Warren, PA. Prior to coming to Pitt-Bradford, she worked at The Guidance Center, Bradford Regional Medical Center’s Psychiatric and Mentally Ill Chemical Abuse Units, Warren State Hospital and in private practice. She is a member of the American College Counseling Association, American Psychological Association, and Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
Dr. Rhinehart works collaboratively with students using a variety of theoretical and practical approaches to match counseling solutions with students’ needs. She places a high priority on offering a friendly and professional environment in which students can discuss problems in a safe, confidential manner. She lives in Bradford with her husband and their Wire Fox Terrier, Abby. In her free time, she enjoys travel, boating, and spending time with friends and family.
