Health careers fair planned for Feb. 9

Pitt-Bradford will hold a Health Careers Job Fair next week on campus.  

Representatives of 20 organizations will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 9, in the Mukaiyama University Room of the Frame-Westerberg Commons. The fair is open to the public. Attendees should bring copies of their resume and dress in business attire. 

Attendees can learn about summer and full-time employment, as well as internship and volunteer opportunities.

Agencies expected to participate are Abraxas Youth and Family Services, Beacon Light Behavioral Health Systems, Bradford Ecumenical Home, Bradford Manor, Cole Memorial Hospital, Evergreen Elm, HomeCare and Hospice, Upper Allegheny Health Systems (including Bradford Regional Medical Center, Behavioral Health Services, the Pavilion at BRMC, Olean (N.Y.) General Hospital), Penn Highlands Healthcare DuBois,

Pediatric Services of America Healthcare, The Resource Center, SCI Forest – Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Sena-Kean Manor, Sweden Valley Manor, U.S. Army Healthcare Recruiting, U.S. Navy and Warren General Hospital.

The fair is sponsored by the Office of Career Services, department of nursing and Student Nurse Organization.
