Spring open house planned for Saturday

Pitt-Bradford will hold a spring open house on Saturday, Jan. 25. The event is designed to provide prospective students and their families more detailed information about Pitt-Bradford.

A faculty forum will be held from 12:30 to 1 p.m. in the lobby of Blaisdell Hall giving prospective students and their families time to mingle with professors and learn more about academic programs.

A formal program will begin with Dr. Livingston Alexander, president, welcoming visitors and Jeff Guterman, associate professor and director of broadcast communications, discussing college academics. A student life panel representing all aspects of campus life will discuss what happens outside of the classroom. Alex Nazemetz, director of admissions, will present information regarding admissions and merit scholarship opportunities. Student ambassadors will provide tours of the campus.

Participants are asked to register in advance, either online at www.upb.pitt.edu/visit/ or by calling 1-800-872-1787.
