Now that you've been selected to Pitt-Bradford, what's next?
Mark your calendars.
As an admitted student, you are invited to take part in Pitt-Bradford Opportunities Day. The day, which is held in April, is designed for you and your family to visit campus and get first-hand information about the benefits of a Pitt-Bradford education. You'll be able to sit in on a class, take a tour of campus, chat with a professor, and meet our president at a dessert reception held in your honor. We'll be sending you more information as the day approaches.
Send your deposit.
To secure your spot in the incoming class and reserve a room on campus, you need to send in your $225 tuition and housing deposit. Your deposit is due by our priority deadline of May 1 if you are going to be a full-time student living on campus. This deposit is important because it tells us that you are planning to attend Pitt-Bradford, and it will ensure that you receive information about pre-registration, advisement, orientation and much more.
Plan your finances.
We don't want you to miss out on any of the financial aid that you may qualify for. If you're applying for student loans, you'll need to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You can get a paper FAFSA from your high school guidance counselor or by contacting our Financial Aid Office. You can also apply electronically at: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/. Pitt-Bradford's federal school code is 008815. The priority filing deadline is March 1 for all students.
We also have many types of scholarships and other types of financial aid. Our Financial Aid Office can fill you in on the details of all of them. You can contact them at -1-800-872-1787
Take care of the paperwork
Don't forget to send us your final high school transcript. We need those to make your admission official.
