Pitt-Bradford will offer two workshops to help
improve healthy lifestyles.
“Sugar
Blues” will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, in Room 200 of
the Seneca Building, located at 2 Main Street in Bradford. The cost is
$25. During the “Sugar Blues,”
participants will be given tips and tricks to help permanently change their
relationships with sugar.
The
“No-More Diet” plan will also be held in the Seneca Building in Room 200 from 6
to 8 p.m. on April 4 and 8. Those who register by March 21 will pay $30; for
those who register after March 21, the cost will be $40. Those who attend the
“No-More Diet” plan workshop will learn the importance of bio-individuality, a
concept that takes into account each person’s unique food and lifestyle needs.
This two-part seminar will help ease some of the issues that make dieting so hard.
