We know that helping your son or daughter find a college that is just right can be challenging. So we're here to answer your questions and calm your fears.
We know it's a challenge to pay for a college education. So, for the 2009-10 school year, there will be no tuition increase. Also, your son or daughter can get free housing by taking summer courses on campus even if he or she isn't a Pitt-Bradford student.
And, to help you with the admissions and financial aid processes, we've created timelines we hope you'll find helpful.
Here are a few things about Pitt-Bradford to keep in mind:
Your son or daughter will get a quality education.
Our
professors are committed to your child's success.
Read what Stephanie Testa, a biology and chemistry major, said about her professors.
Read more about how our students rate their relationships with professors and others on campus.
Our classes are small, so your son or daughter will get individual attention.
Your son or daughter will receive a degree from the University of Pittsburgh, which is recognized all over the world.
We have many resources available in case your child needs a little extra help.
Our campus is located on the outskirts of Bradford, a friendly town of about 11,000 people.
Don't just take our word for it. Read what our students and alumni say about Pitt-Bradford.
Oh, and you might want to know that U.S.News & World Report named us one of the top 50 baccalaureate colleges in the North for 2010. And, The Princeton Review named us one of the Best in the Northeast. But that's not all. We've also received other awards.
