Course Title:  COMPUTER APPLICATIONS IN MATHEMATICAL PHYSICS

Course Description:

Various mathematical approaches such as finite difference and Monte Carlo methods are employed to solve probelms from classical and modern physics. These numerical problems are included but not limited to the scattering of light by small particles, celestial mechanics, and applications of the Schrodinger Equation. A suitable symbolic platform such as mathematica will be utilized for this task.
