This elementary methods course will study the concrete and abstract methods used in teaching and evaluating pupil achievement in basic mathematics including the integration of technology, children’s literature, cross-curricular strategies, differentiated instruction, cooperative learning, and the use of math manipulatives. This course includes a field component.
