In each garden apartment, you will find a walk-in living room with a kitchenette, and a large built-in dining table and chairs. A central corridor leads to three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of the apartments are air-conditioned and handicapped accessible.
There are two Garden Apartments to choose from:
- Willa Cather House
- F. Scott Fitzgerald House
Living Room - carpet, curtains, three-cushioned couch, two cushioned lounge chairs, a block endtable, and a floor lamp.
Kitchenette - linoleum floor, under-the-counter refrigerator, stainless steel sink, ample cupboard and counter space, and a built-in table with five oak chairs.
First Bathroom - ceramic tile floor, large shower with shower curtain, toilet, two sinks with large wall mirror, and ample cabinet space.
Second Bathroom - ceramic tile floor, large shower with shower curtain, toilet, and sink with mirror, which is handicapped accessible.
Double Bedroom - carpet, curtains, two oak twin beds (36x80 mattresses) with two deep drawers, two oak desks with oak desk chairs, two wardrobes with towel bar and two drawers.
Closets - linen closet off of the main hallway, and a larger storage closet off the main hallway.
