How do I declare that I want to earn a bachelor degree at the Pitt-Titusville campus?
Complete the one of the forms below that applies to your major. By completing the form you are not committed to a specific program, but this information will be provided to Titusville and Bradford staff to follow-up with you regarding degree requirements. It will also allow for an assessment of your courses completed to-date from Pitt and other colleges or universities (if applicable).
In order to provide you with the best possible advising and service (financial aid, registration and billing), it is important that you make your intentions known as soon as possible that your ultimate goal is to earn the bachelor’s degree.
How do the bachelor degree programs work at the Pitt-Titusville campus?
You will complete you bachelor degree requirement entirely on-site at the Titusville campus. Courses are delivered face-to-face by Pitt-Titusville faculty, or via Pitt-Bradford faculty in the form of face-to-face courses, Interactive TV (ITV), or hybrid versions combining both methods.
You will be under the care of the Titusville campus during the duration of your studies, but administratively you are a Pitt-Bradford student for the final 30-40 credit hours of your degree requirements. Once you reach approximately 80-90 credits hours (earned and/or in progress via Pitt and/or including any other college or university transfer credits), a relocation form must be submitted via the Pitt-Titusville Registrar’s office. This will initiate the administrative move to the Bradford campus.
What if anything will change for me when I become a Bradford student while still attending at the Titusville Campus?
Changes that you will notice when “relocating”:
- Financial Aid will be administered via the Bradford Campus
- Billing will be administered via the Bradford Campus
- Final degree audits will be administered via the Bradford Campus
Things that will NOT change:
- You will remain at the Titusville campus
- All of your facilities and services will be provided by the Pitt-Titusville campus
- You will graduate at the Pitt-Titusville commencement ceremony
Who will help me with advising and registration?
You will maintain your faculty advisor from the Titusville campus until earning approximately 80 credits (including transfer credits from other colleges / universities). Once you reach this stage, a relocation form must be submitted via the Pitt-Titusville Registrar’s office. This will initiate your administrative move to the Bradford campus.
Once the “relocation process” takes place, a Pitt-Bradford advisor will be assigned and you will receive their contact information.
If you want a Pitt-Bradford faculty advisor earlier, we recommend you complete one of the forms below as soon as you know you want to complete the bachelor degree program. When submitted the form generates an email to your designated advisor at UPT, a new advisor at UPB, Bob Dilks (Director - Transfer & Nontraditional Student Recruitment, UPB) and Christina Marrone (Associate Registrar and Assistant Director of Enrollment Services UPB). This will also initiate a review relative to the Bradford requirements.
Who do I contact about my financial aid?
You will continue to work with the Financial Aid staff at Pitt-Titusville until the relocation process is complete (when you have earned approximately 80 credits).
Once your relocation process is complete, all financial aid questions should be directed to the Pitt-Bradford Financial Aid staff. To contact the Bradford Campus Financial Aid staff, call 800-872-1787. When you call, please make sure you identify yourself as a Pitt-Titusville student enrolled in Bradford’s bachelor degree programming.
