When applying for a specific position, your application materials are forwarded to the hiring department for review. An acknowledgment letter is sent out upon receipt of your application materials. If you are not contacted for an interview, the hiring department has chosen to interview other candidates. You will receive a letter informing you of the outcome of the search.
When the Pitt-Bradford Human Resources Office receives general employment inquiries, the application materials are retained for one year.
