Army ROTC Scholarships

Army ROTC scholarships can be a great way to help you achieve you higher education goals while not risking your financial stability or being a burden on your family.  Each ROTC scholarship is merit based, meaning that regardless of your financial situation you maybe eligible for scholarship.

The ROTC program offers four, three, and two year scholarships.  The number of years you can receive a scholarship is related to the number of years you have remaining until you graduate.  For example, an incoming freshman student at Pitt-Bradford may apply for a four year scholarship, a sophomore can apply for a three year, and a junior could apply for a two year scholarship.

Regardless of length, all scholarship recipients enjoy the same benefits of:

  • 100% payment of tuition
  • A $600.00 a semester stipend to help cover books and classroom materials
  • A tax free monthly stipend to help cover any other costs you may encounter.  These stipends range $300.00 to $500.00 month and are paid directly to you to use as you want.

To qualify for a scholarship you must:

  • Be a U.S. Citizen
  • Be 17 years of age before the scholarship is effective
