Yes, we said (wrote) free summer housing.
sophomores, juniors and seniors are eligible to apply for the grant. Entering
freshmen and new transfer students are not eligible. Free housing will also be
available for students taking online courses as long as another three-credit
course is taken at some point during the summer.
You could be eligible for free housing if you are:
- A Pitt-Bradford sophomore, junior or senior. (Sorry, entering freshmen are not eligible. But you will be next year.)
- Currently enrolled on our campus
- Transferring to Pitt-Bradford
- Taking online courses at Pitt-Bradford
This offer applies to any of the summer sessions, ranging from four to twelve weeks, beginning in May and ending in Aug. The weekly housing fee of $125 a week will be waived for the session that the student has registered for and cannot be applied to other semesters
Housing on our campus is all apartment-style, and suites include kitchenettes, living rooms, wiring for cable TV and ample storage space.
Applications for interested students are available in the Office of Residential Life and Housing. If you have questions or need more information, you can contact the folks in that office at 814-362-7630. Please keep in mind that if you drop below the required three credits or do not successfully complete the three-credit requirement, you will be responsible for paying full room fees back from the start of the session.
