Short Bio:
Liza assists the president with a variety of activities integral to the operations of the Office of the President, including coordination of projects with institutional scope and serving as a liaison to various constituencies, including the Advisory Board of the University. She is a member of the President’s Cabinet. Additionally, Liza serves as the Affirmative Action Officer for Pitt-Bradford and is dedicated to promoting and diverse and constructiveworkplace. Liza is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and works part-time in Counseling Services. She lives in Kane with her husband and their two sons and a small zoo of animals.
Research, Accomplishments, and Publications:
Liza's creative nonfiction has appeared in Brain, Child magazine, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and been aired over WPSU’s This I Believe. She has authored several successful grant proposals resulting in over $1.7 million in funding.
