Short Bio:

Ms. Shelley Whitman has over 30+ years of administrative experience. She began her career working for the United Way in Jamestown, NY then returning to the Bradford area to work at an attorney’s office and raise her family.  

She began working at UPB May, 2011 in the TRiO ETS Program.  With the closing of the TRiO program, she was able to bring her experience to the CRHP.  Ms. Whitman volunteers with the child care programs at the YMCA and the American Cancer Society.
