Several projects during the 2017-18 years will affect
traffic and parking on and around campus.
June 7, Dorothy Lane is closed from its intersection with Campus Drive to West
Washington Street for a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation project to
replace the bridge that crosses the Tunungwant Creek. PennDOT will also widen
and add sidewalks to the road and add lighting, making it safer for
pedestrians. The Dorothy Lane parking lot of Blaisdell Hall will be closed.
Trails and crosswalks are open.
Drive will remain open.
addition, the university is constructing a new 178-bed residence hall and
expanding the dining facility in the Frame-Westerberg Commons. No-parking areas
will be fenced off.
