At Pitt-Bradford we strive to integrate the ethic of service across the college, and make community service and civic engagement a central element of the undergraduate experience. By participating in community service projects, you will realize the importance of support systems, respect for others and gain a sense of community. We can work with you and your organization to connect you with agencies and service projects that are compatible with your interests and goals. Our office helps to plan alternative spring break trips and coordinate large-scale campus and community volunteer efforts.
Here are just a few of the programs we offer to students:
- Allegheny River Clean Up
- Panther Pride Day of Service
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service
- ASPCA Go Orange for Animals
- Leadership Development Series
- Annual Leadership and Service Awards Ceremony
