Pitt-Bradford's Office of Admissions will hold an open house for prospective students and their families on Saturday, Nov. 7.
Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. in the Satterwhite Lobby of Hanley Library . Faculty and staff members will be available to greet visitors.
Dr. Livingston Alexander , president, will welcome guests at 1 p.m. in the Bromeley Family Theater in Blaisdell Hall . Jason Honeck , assistant professor of athletic training , will then talk about college academics, and a student panel will address questions and comments about student life. Alexander Nazemetz , director of admissions, will also speak about the admissions process.
Campus tours, conducted by student ambassadors, will begin at 2:30 p.m. Members of the admissions staff will be available throughout the day to address any questions or concerns.
“The open house is designed for prospective students and their parents to visit campus, take a tour of our facilities, and learn about the variety of academic programs, student life, and co-curricular activities that Pitt-Bradford has to offer,” said Vicky Pingie , associate director of admissions. “It is also an excellent way for our visitors to meet current students, faculty and staff and to experience first-hand the personalized, safe and friendly environment.”
