Description of Position:
Main Duties: receive & forward telephone or counter inquiries to appropriate person, provide general info to clients, arrange schedules and appts.,photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing, send and receive messages using fax machine, type and design correspondence and informational flyers on computer, other duties as requested by Director of ACTC/DRS. Employment Requirements: Ability to keyboard, operate a computer and create documents, spreadsheets and promotional resources, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, attention to detail and good editing skills, ability to deal with multiple tasks and ongoing interruptions, excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills, ability to take directions and work as a team member, ability to maintain confidentiality of any information and of client service usage.
