Facilities Management Office Assistant
This position provides assistance to the Administrative Assistant and Facilities Management Director. Various clerical duties including but not limited to: Answering phones, daily filing, setting up new files, posting data entry in QuickBooks, typing purchase requisitions, and taking reservations for the Motor Pool van. This position requires a strong knowledge of using Excel and MS Word. Basic accounting knowledge is required and must have accuracy skills. Excellent communication, organizational skills and dependability to be at work when scheduled are required.
